THE MUSCLE DYNAMICS STORY
Muscle Dynamics (MD) had it root on the shores of Muscle Beach and in Joe Gold's
original Gold's Gym on Main street in Santa Monica. Roger Helgesen, inventor of
the Seated Leverage Calf machine and first to use 2" square tubing in the industry,
private labeled strength equipment for years before being joined by Brian Lewallen
and Tom Csenar. The hallmark of Muscle Dynamics is anatomical correctness and
long lasting, rock solid durability......for over 35 years !
Over 200 domestically produced pieces serve customers from the United States all
the way to Australia. Muscle Dynamics has one simple philosophy: K.I.S.S......keep
it simple stupid ! Muscle Dynamics uses a sophisticated, very hands on RAD
system of design..."Roger Aided Design".
Having owned multiple health clubs over the years, the Muscle Dynamics owners
realize that the general public knows little about the multiple, some times
ridiculous, adjustments on competitors' machines. To reduce the intimidation factor,
Muscle Dynamics makes the equipment intuitively obvious to use and supplements
it with graphic instructional placards.
